We know that you have a busy schedule so when we schedule an appointment with you, we do our best to be on time. We stock our vehicles with all the necessary parts and tools to get the job done right the first time, and our technicians are highly knowledgeable and skilled in diagnosing problems with commercial and residential systems.

When you call us, If we don't answer the phone we will get back to you within a couple of hours and will be at your house within a couple of days. Although we promise to do our best to always be on time within as small a timeframe as possible, things do happen. If we won't be able to make a scheduled appointment on time we will ALWAYS call so we don't keep you waiting.

System Start-up (Spring Open)

Call us to turn on your sprinkler system and one of our technicians will:

• Turn on the water, and we will go through each zone.
• Check for any leaks in the system.
• Remove any debris or overgrown grass from in or around the sprinkler heads.
• Check the adjustment of all rotors, impact heads, and spray heads.
• Set up the timer to a standard operation, or your own preferences.

Along with performing a check of the entire system, we can usually make any necessary repairs immediately.

Winterization

Winterizing your sprinkler system every fall is essential to avoid massive damage due to freezing and costly repairs in the spring. We contact our customers when the time comes to schedule your winterization.

We use high volume air compressors (much more important than air pressure) at the optimal air pressure in order to ensure a safe but efficient winterization. Attempting to blow out your own lines using an insufficient air compressor may leave water in your system that could lead to costly freeze damage that will need to be taken care of in the spring.

We stand behind our work! - There are a lot of individuals that will run around in the fall with rented compressors that will blow out your lines, but they won't be there in the spring to stand behind their work when it is time to turn the system back on, so they don't care how good a job they do. We have been in business since 1989, and will be here when you need us.
